Terms of Service

Last updated: March 17, 2026

1. What Lucid Is

Lucid is an AI-powered dream journal provided by mini-apps.ai. You write about your dreams, and an AI companion responds with questions, reflections, and interpretation. The service is available as a web app and installable PWA.

2. Your Account

You can use Lucid without an account. If you sign in (via the mini-apps.ai platform), your journal entries are stored in our database. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You own everything you write. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your journal entries. We use your content solely to provide the service — generating AI responses, building your memory summary, and storing your entries.

4. AI-Generated Content

The companion's responses are generated by AI. They are not professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis service.

5. Acceptable Use

Use Lucid for its intended purpose — journaling about your dreams. Do not use it to generate harmful content, attempt to exploit the AI system, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Lucid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lucid is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, mini-apps.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Lucid after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
